Project 3 Overview (Post 2)

So for my project on informative writing I chose to write about binge drinking on college campuses (namely the University of Rhode Island).  I wanted to see if the scientific definition of "binge drinking" was similar to that of what students defined it as.  Starting with that as a base, I then wanted to see not only the health effects of "binge-ing" when it comes to alcohol consumption but also the indirect issues such as grade decline and things of that nature.  What I was wondering was what everybody here (I guess those reading this blog) defined binge drinking as.  (I will withhold what the general scientific consensus is for the purpose of seeing what people think).

Introduction

Hello everybody (whoever that may be),
My name is Eddie Pare and I am a sophomore at the University of Rhode Island.  I am from Rhode Island but live in a house with a few of my buddies in Narragansett.  I am writing this blog for my online public writing course that I am currently taking.  Hopefully you guys find my posts at least mildly interesting.
